So here it is - your fantastic opportunity to sponsor me to run the London Marathon this year. Its for a great cause and to make it even more worth your while i've added a small twist.

The donations will go towards the Cardiomyopathy Association - it's a registered charity that helps people and their families affected by the heart muscle condition cardiomyopathy. For those of you who knew her, they are the same organisation that looked after Rob's mother Sue, whilst she was ill.
