Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.and i hope your feeling generous as you may or may not knowi completed the first stage of my tri-athlon last sunday with the manchester 100 bike ride , on sunday 20th of september ill be running a half marathon ion the great north run and then ill be cycling 175mls on the adrians wall challenge. This is all for a charity called the the bendrigg trust ,there an outdoor activity centre for children with special needs .the work and tireless efforts all the staff put in are truly unblievable have a look on there website www.bendrigg.org.uk
