Next year I'll be taking part in a trek across the Great Wall of China for Touch Trust, a fantastic charity based in Cardiff. They provide unique creative, touch-based art, movement and dance programmes for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, behaviour which challenges and complex needs. My cousin Greg, who has down syndrome and suffers from a life-limiting lung disease, has been visiting the trust for a long time and benefits greatly from what they offer.

The trek itself will take place over five days, with up to eight hours on foot on any given day. It should be a good challenge!
