Never one to turn down a challenge and support a good cause at the same time, I agreed to ride to Brussels.

A good friend dropped into the conversation a little 300+mile bike ride he was planning but needed a few companions to join him. 

So I dug my lycra out and started putting in a few extra miles each weekend on top of the usual 10 mile pedal.

Training is looking good and the logistics are coming together for the group of over 20 riders to arrive in Brussels having raised a great amount for the Free Kicks Foundation and given some local children an opportunity to have a day out they will remember.
