Mike and I are taking part in a local run from Warwick Castle to Kenilworth Castle. We know it isn't anything like running marathons, but we haven't run this far, well at least I haven't. 

We would be very greatful if you could help us raise some money for the Cambodia Trust.  They are a worthy charity that help survivors of landmines and polio to get their lives back by training people to make and fit prosthetics amongst other projects in the communities.
