As many of you know, Mike and I are running the Bupa 10k on May 27th. We are running for Macmillan, which helps with Cancer care. This is a cause close to both of our hearts as we both know people who have had experiences of different types of cancer. 

Mike has run the race before (I couldn't run the race last year due to illness) and is aiming to run the 10k in around 50mins or so. I have never run a 10k before and I am aiming to just finish it.  I am very slow!!!  So completing it will be the hardest challenge!
