Well we did it! - Had a great time with some tough days but lots of fun, ate for England but still managed to lose weight.

We can't say enough thank you's to you all for donating to this great cause.

This is us, Mike and Shirley, before the start of our Lands End to John O' Groats cycle ride - 1,000 miles.  Not sure we will be laughing when we finish!!

We are raising money to help the Rosemere Cancer Foundation.  I, Shirley, was diagnosed with breast cancer four years ago, I thought that was it for me, however, after surgery and many weeks of chemo and radiotherapy at the Rosemere Unit, I am here to tell the tale!!  The care and treatment I received during and after treatment was second to none. It feels right and proper now that we should give something back and this is our way of showing our appreciation to the Foundation.
