Hi All

Please help to cure our couch pototoe-itis; to help reduce lardy man boobs (in Mike's case) and to prevent us from being mistaken for beached whales when on holiday!!

We are (Mike, Talei and my mum, Mary) running/jogging/walking/crawling/dragging ourselves round the 10km in Leeds on Sunday and looking to raise some money to donate to the Leeds Teaching Hospitals. This is charity that means alot to us as Jimmy's Hospital cared for my Dad and it gives us an opportunity to give them some support .
