Our daughter Mia is currently going through treatment for Leukaemia and is on week 70 of a 112 week treatment programme. As a family we have all been through an extremely challenging time and it is the advances in treatment that gives every parent touched by this form of cancer the hope that a cure is nearby. Seeing so many other children with leukaemia (and other forms of childhood cancer) and appreciating the fantastic job the medical & support teams do for them we simply had to do something to help this fantastic cause and support what Beefy has done towards reaching the goal of finding a 100% cure for leukamemia.
