I'll be taking part in the FC United Medequip Minithon on Sunday 19th October, which will involve running round a 3.6 mile course in Chorlton Water Park

My sponsorship will be split between FC United and MedEquip4kids who provide hospital equipment for children.

The only running I have been involved in over the last 20 years is from the car to the pub door when it is raining, so this is a serious commitment on my part.
