Story

Thanks for visiting ourfundraising page.

As some of you may know Daffy and myself have foolishly decided to take part in the Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon.

The commitment was made before Christmas when July 12th seemed extremely far away - sadly however it is just around the corner.

If anyone has caught a rare glimpse of us in the gym then I'm sure they'll agree that we're not exactly likely competitors for what is known as 'Scotland's toughest one day event!'

The challenge is to: Swim across Loch Tay (1.5k)

Run / Hike across 7 Munros (24k)

Kayak along part of the loch (11k)

Cycle around the loch (54k)

The record time for completing this course is a little under ten hours so this is no walk in the park or run around London!

As with every challenge comes an opportunity to do something for others.

We would be extremely grateful if you could make a donation towards the events chosen charity - Mercy Corps.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Mercy Corps Scotland gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
