Friends lend me your ears... and eyes! Remember that time you needed someone's support for that difficult situation you had? You most probably had that support from your best mate; your partner; your mum; your dad... and if you didn't then you'll know that without that friendly face and without that guidance you probably found it more challenging to resolve that issue you were having- am I right? There are more than just a few young adults here in the UK who are also having to deal with the consequences of their own challenging situation and unfortunately don't have the support that we have been fortunate enough to receive. And this is where The Prince's Trust comes in: this charitable organisation have been that support when anyone aged 13 to 30 years of age has needed it. The trust provides more than just a short-term fix for young adults - it seeks to develop individuals personally and professionally so they have the opportunity for a prosperous, more independent future- for more information about how the Trust does this please check out their website here: http://www.princes-trust.org.uk/…/what_we_do/programmes.aspx Like any charitable organisation The Prince's Trust still relies on fundraising and I (along with a considerable number of work colleagues) am taking part in Palace to Palace - a cycle race from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle in 2 weeks time.
