Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page with your help we will beat cancer sooner

This September I have decided to take on the challenge of the Shine Night Walk Full Marathon again, , last year I completed the Full Marathon in 6hrs 57mins so am determined to make my Cazi proud by beating this time in 2015. Cazi never let cancer win, she always had time for everyone and had a beautiful smile and bubbly personality. Cazi was determined to live life to the full, she always had a positive outlook on life and made the most of every opportunity. I want to do everything I can to help Cancer Research UK beat breast cancer sooner so that others don't have to go through the journey my Cazi faced, taking on the Shine Walk again this year is my tribute to such an incredible person and fantastic soulmate. Last year including Gift Aid I raised over £8,200 so please help me to beat this target in 2015 so together we can make Cazi very proud and help her legacy live on. Please dig deep and sponsor me every pound you donate will help fund their life saving work. If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you. With nearly 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Men also get breast cancer - around 350 men every year are diagnosed, Cancer Research UK's work has helped ensure that more than eight out of ten women now survive their disease beyond five years. But around 11,700 women and 80 men still die from the disease every year in the UK.
