Hi everyone its that time of the year again when I grease the legs ,put on some tight padded shorts and parade around in a bright shiny lycra top.

No I am not entering Britains Got Talent but joining 16 other hardy souls on a 300k bike ride through Tuscany to raise money for the Lowe Syndrome Trust .

Please note that every penny that you are able to donate will  go directly to the charity as I have paid all of my trip expenses personally.
