Hi All,

its that time of the year again when I dust down the clingy shorts ,slip on the lycra and doff some crazy headgear. No I am not appearing on Celebrities on Ice I am undertaking a 450 k bike ride around Sicily with 19 other riders to raise money for the Lowes Syndrom Trust .

Please note that all money raised goes directly to the Lowes charity as I have paid all my own costs  in advance. As per previous years everyone that sponsors me automatically gets entered for the raffle to win my previously enjoyed cycle shorts so what are you waiting for .
