It's that time of the year again when I've decided I need to get my lycra on, get off the kebabs and go on a bike ride for charity, but this year, it isn't a 160-miler from London to Amsterdam, or from North to South Wales, this year it's a 600-miler from London to Zurich!

 

The charity I'm riding for is Over The Wall, one of the charities I rode for last year, who provide life-changing experiences to children and young people who are affected by serious and life limiting illnesses.

 

So, enough of the premium ciders and cheesy chips, time to get back on the saddle and get training, so please give as much as you can spare and sponsor me to help make a great difference to these children throughout the UK, your support really is appreciated.
