Hello my name is Mike Heath and on the 5th November 2006 I aim to complete this years New York Maathon!

The course takes you through the 5 boroughs of the city starting at Staten Island into Brooklyn, then Queens, Manhatten, the Bronx and finally finishing back in Manhattans Central Park.

Once over the finishing line I hope to have raised plently of cash for my charity PHAB and also for a very special boy, Nathan Dowle a 4 year old family member who suffers from Cerbral Palsy and whom I dedicate this run to!
