As a UK resident you enjoy access to healthcare that, for all its shortcomings, is still the envy of the developing world. In areas where basic health services have broken down due to natural disaster or conflict Merlin provide long term health care provision, please have a look at their website - some of you will recognise the Chairman as a former Marlow RC coach.

It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me and saves me from chasing you for cash, more importantly  Merlin (Medical Emergency Relief International) will receive your money faster and, as a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
