I am doing a 7 day 60km Trek through Israel's Golan region. We will be mainly walking although there is a small bike ride and even an absailing session! We will be sleeping mostly  under the stars.

I am doing the trek for two charities;

For MyIsrael, I have chosen The Garden Of Hope Nursery. The nursery  offers day-care for Ethiopian-Israeli children aged 1-3. The Government does not provide care for this age group. The nursery allows the childrens' parents to go out to work to help relieve the constant struggle of making ends meet.

Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy provides over 30,000 sessions every year throughout the UK. The basis of the Nordoff-Robbins approach to music therapy is the use of clinical musical improvisation to reach even the most profoundly isolated and troubled human beings.  The charity receives no Government support. I am threatening to take my guitar for the evening camp sessions, however if you dig deep and sponsor me online, i will spare my campsite friends this cruel punishment!
