Time To Shine - WheelPower, the charity that runs Stoke Mandeville Stadium, the national centre for disability sport, aims to bring up to 250 young people to Stoke Mandeville from 28 - 31 July 2009, as part of an initiative to increase young disabled people's awarenes of, and activity in, a number of sporting and cultural activities.  'Time To Shine' is an initiative to raise money for the WheelPower project.
