It's been a year since my first ride to raise money for Eli. You amazingly generous people raised more than £4,000 for The Duchenne Children's Trust. Thank you all!

But I'm back for more. London to Paris in 24 hours. It's going to hurt, but I'm sure it will be great fun. The motivation? Every pound raised goes towards research to find a cure for muscular dystrophy. Doctors reckon we may be only ten years away from effective prevention or treatment, to help boys like my wife's godson, Eli.
