As you may know I am taking part in the 2009 London Marathon for charity. As I am running for the Book Trade charity, I think it would be great for you to give something on the basis you may need it some day!! Look at it as investing for the future (ha ha).

I am busy training as much as possible and hope to complete the course in under 4hrs.....though let's be honest, just finishing will be enough!
