Firstly the big picture: 2006: 2hr 19m and 2008: 1hr 39m – no puncture and no pedicure in the transition this time (very funny Ian).

A combination of your wit and sarcasm combined with a desire to do the best for Employment Opportunities, the charity that I was raising money for drove me along. I am still not sure that the words “sprint triathlon” fit with the performance but I was quite pleased. If you divided minutes by weight, I think I might even have won!
