Dear all;

This years crazy event is the Etape de Legende in France, which aims to recreate one of the favourite stages of Eddie Merx, but unfortunately includes a fair few rather nasty hills and 200 kilometres of road... fortunately no Alpe Duez! My intention is to make it to the finish line; however, unlike last year in Dublin, Im not sure Im going to achieve that.. 

Anyways, once again, Im doing this event for Mencap, who I think do a fantastic job around London and other cities, for seriously disadvantaged people, and I think are a very whorthwile cause.

So please donate as much as you can for this charity, and Ill do my best to make it across the finish line.
