<p>So I have decided to run my first ever Marathon this year! Training started in January and is a lot harder than I thought. The run is on the 29th April in Milton Keynes.&nbsp;</p> <p>I wanted to do this challenge for something meaningful. I don't think we can possibly understand what these men and women go through for their country. Whilst the rest of us just wait for it to be over. If, like me, you don't have the courage to join the forces and shed blood for your country, at least help provide support for when the inevitable happens and people get wounded.&nbsp;</p> <p>These people fight to keep us safe and comfortable, it's only fair that we do the same when they get home.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please give generously, they deserve a lot more than we can ever give them.</p> <p>Help for heroes do an amazing job, but can only carry on doing that if the money keeps coming in. They run largely on a volunteer basis in Wiltshire. The money comes in and goes straight out to the people who need it most.&nbsp;</p> <p>I have set this up early (Feb) so people can give each time they get paid if they like. Doesn't matter how small, every little bit will help.
