Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I am taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride on the 21st June in Aid of the British Heart Foundation. I am doing the ride with my son Will (not on the tandem this time). We are training hard . Mainly runs to a pub followed by a drink and chips and a gentle ride back. I'm not sure how much good this is doing, but the chips provide the necessary incentive for Will...

Jan and I did the "GridIron" 100K last November on our old Peugeot Tandem, but Jan and the Tandem need some R&R so they are sitting this one out!

For those that don't know, I had a heart attack myself a few years ago and cycling is my way of keeping my heart fit. Doing this ride will, I hope help others.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
