20 miles today. Biting wind but got through it ok. Just three weeks to go - I can feel the momentum building!! Amazing to know that Claire is planning to be there to cheer me on :)

I'm running the London Marathon on April 22nd for cancer research.
This year it is agonisingly close to home. My darling sister Claire has been diagnosed with breast cancer. During her first round of chemo at the Cheltenham General in January, her nurse spoke about how so many breakthroughs are made every year because of research made possible by charitable donations. My love for Claire and belief in this research are all I need to get me through the countless miles of training, through the rain and the pain.
