Amanda died in her sleep, on 12 Oct 08, when her heart stopped for no apparent reason! Amanda was a loving, caring young adult who I know would be so proud of you all for supporting Cardiac Risk in the Young (C-R-Y) with their research efforts to stop our children and young adults from dying so young in the future.

This year Dave Bentley and I will once again be swimming, cycling and running to raise funds on behalf of C-R-Y. Last year Dave had the fantastic idea (not for my legs) of cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, this year its my choice!!!!

I have chosen the Monster Triathlon, which takes place in Ely this August. 1.9 KM Swim, followed by a 58 mile Bike and a Half Marathon run....gulp. We have signed up and got the Licra out so we just need your kind support now
