Well it's nearly 2 years since our beautiful little girl was taken from us, it feels like yesterday. Although we may appear to be outwardly coping, every day is a sad reminder of what we have lost, there are still many times where we struggle to cope.

 

Di and I prop each other up as best we can to help deal with the emotional stress, and of course Grace is a constant help to us, she keeps us on our toes, and reminds us how lucky we are too.

 

This year, after 14 years together, we decided that it was time to get married! We had a very small service in 

Las Vegas (no Elvis outfits in sight) with grace as our ring bearer, best man and bridesmaid... She did a sterling job, and the rings were produced right on cue.

 

To mark this auspicious occasion, we have decided to throw a party to celebrate, but as you can imagine, 14 years on, we don't really want for anything material. So, we have decided that all prospective gifts 

should be made in the form of a donation to the trust. Having experienced the work that the trust does first hand, any donations really will make a difference to the lives of families in turmoil, and those living with the scourge of SMA on a daily basis.
