Hello there.

I've just returned from completing the Conquer the Alps challenge for Macmillian Cancer Support.

At times, it was pretty tough, but thanks to the generousity of all your wonderful donations, I had all the motivation I needed to push onwards and upwards, completing 6 of the highest bike ascents of the Tour De France.

I'm hoping to raise as much as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support, an incredibly worthwhile charity who have unexpectedly and sadly become very close to my heart in the past few weeks. They do an amazing job for the hundreds of thousands of people suffering from cancer each year - if you haven't yet donated, it really is never too late!

So please dig deep and donate now, and help many people who are facing a challenge that hopefully most of us will never have to...
