Story

My name is Marcus Mingins, C.F.C member and Redditch Standard photographer and I am delighted you are looking at this page. This year I am riding (with the help of my C.F.C team-mates) three cycling sportives for this charity. They are The Polka Dot Challenge ( 100 miles) and the Vatterundan (200 miles) in June followed by La Marmotte (108 miles) in July. Thats a total of 408 miles cycling . Each event will be completed in one day and with La Marmotte going up and over the Alps they are truly inspiring rides.

This year has also seen my dad Rob diagnosed with lung cancer which he has received chemo and  is now undergoing radiotherapy.. Cancer doesn't discriminate, everybody knows somebody close and distant, who has been affected by this terrible illness. Please help me and my team-mates in our quests to try and do our bit to make the lifes of those affected have more meaning.

Thank you once more for visiting this website and please donate however much you can to help others.
