The Minghella Film Festival is an annual event on the Isle of Wight in the UK organised by friends and family or the much missed Anthony Minghella, the Island's Young Chamber and the British Film Institute.

The Barely Born appeal is on behalf of a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for St Mary's Hospital on the Isle of Wight for the Island's sick babies and their parents.
