The MS Trust is a brilliant charity who are there for people with MS, the most common reason for disability in the under 65s, in their time of need, educating and supporting the roles of their MS Nurses, who can then expertly help them, providing expert knowledge and information, and campaigning to influence policy to protect the lives, rights and livelihoods of people with this lifelong condition. Almost all my MS specific education has come through the MS Trust, and I use it every day that I work as an MS Specialist Nurse. I want to thank the MS Trust for all the support they've given me by putting something back.
