Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  Little Hearts Matter is a national charity offering support and information to anyone affected by the devastating diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition, children born with half a working heart. It works to raise awareness of the needs of these children and their families.  I became aware of this as my friend's niece was born with this condition. Children born with half a heart can't run races like this so we have decided to run the Belfast Marathon and donate the funds we each raise to this charity. 

This is a huge personal challenge for me but I am very determined to finish with a good time and to raise as much as I can.  Training is going very well, Brian is keeping me motivated!  I am also running the Titanic Quarter 10k in Belfast on 11 April as part of the official warm up to the marathon.
