On Monday 3rd November, my dear father Mitchell died unexpectedly in France, aged 65.

Immediate reactions to his untimely death have described him as: "colourful"; "unique"; "an inspiration"; "passionate"; "charismatic"; "funny"; "engaging"; "warm" and "generous"… his loss will be and already is deeply felt.
