James Hopkins Trust provides care & support for Gloucestershire's life-limited and life-threatened young children. Our free nursing respite can be day or night in the family home or at our multi-sensory respite centre and gardens called Kites Corner. We are here to create special, lasting memories.

Story

On August 15th 2009 Chris and Josh (father and son) are embarking on a fundraising ride from the bottom of Ireland to the top. Our route takes us from Mizen Head in Cork to the Inishowen Peninsula of Malin Head to celebrate my 50th birthday.

We have been busy training since February in preparation of the 450 mile ride and are starting to realise how far it is!

The charity that we are riding for is the James Hopkins Trust of which we have been keen supporters of for many years, so do look at their website and please give generously for this worthwhile cause.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: James Hopkins Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you all in advance for your support,

Chris and Josh
