Hi Everyone
On June the 7th we are going to take part in the Blenheim Triathlon. 750m swim, 20km bike ride then a 5km run. As I write this, for practice tomorrow morning, we are getting up at 6 to go swim in a freezing lake, then doing the cycling, then the running. As my usual Saturday's are spent in bed waiting for Football Focus to come on, I think that worth a donation in itself.
The charity we've chosen is the Britain Nepal Medical Trust (see 'About The Charity' to your left and their website for further details). Any money you could give would be much appreciated
