Holding Hands with the Homeless Community - Sleep Out

In conjunction with the Holding Hands with the Homeless Community we are asking you to sleep out overnight to raise funds for The Simon Community.

We will be sleeping out in the private car park of Lorne Close, St John's Wood, London, NW8 7JW

 

Please meet at BAKER STREET Tube Station - 11.00 p.m. & 11.30 p.m.



If for some reason you cannot make this time or are driving here are the directions from the tube station.

 

1. Head northwest on Nottingham Terrace toward Allsop Place

2. Turn left onto Allsop Pl

3. Continue onto Park Rd/A41

4. Turn left onto Lorne Close

5. Arrive at Lorne Close, London NW8 7JW, UK

 

 

 

 

Wherever you are in the world organise a sleepout in aid of a homeless charity in your area.

The other way to attend this event is to sleep out in your own garden or yard, anywhere in the world!!

You will need:

Sleeping Bag
Blanket
Warm Clothing
Hat & Gloves

At 11.00 p.m. leave the warmth of your home and go into your garden or yard and settle down for the night. Remember when a homeless person sleeps out they are scared, cold and worried about being moved on. You have the luxury of knowing no one will move you on and if you do get cold you can of course return indoors. You also have the luxury of a bathroom.

Please ask your family and friends to pledge a few pounds to The Simon Community via this page. All funds go direct to the charity. If you require a sponsor form one will be emailed to you.
