In the 30 years since Meningitis Now was founded, we have funded research, provided support & worked to raise the public's awareness of the disease. Our vision is a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Story

Ok. So.........

On Sunday 25 September 2016 we shall be taking on tough mudder, raising money for Meningitis Now (formerly Meningitis UK). Ten to Twelve miles of mud. Ten thousand Volts of electricity in one of the obstacles. Minus five degree water in another. Sounds like, um, well, hell actually.

So if we are stupid enough to do this for charity, then you can do your bit too, by sponsoring us and raising as much money as possible for our chosen cause.  Your donation means a lot to us - and when we are cold, wet, sore, feeling sorry for ourselves and want nothing more than to give up, well then your donation will mean even more.  Please do donate - the more you give, the easier (ha) each of the twenty something obstacles becomes.

If you'd like to see more about the obstacles we face, please visit www.toughmudder.co.uk/obstacles.

Meningitis Now, celebrating 30 years of fighting the disease this year, is working towards a future where nobody in the UK loses their life to Meningitis and everyone affected by this illness gets the support they need to rebuild their lives. If you'd like to learn more about the work undertaken by Meningitis Now, please visit www.meningitisnow.org.
