In March 2022, I will be trekking 80km across the Jordanian desert, from Dana to Petra, with David Seaman, Per Mertesacker, my Dad and 98 fellow trekkers from across the globe.

This is to support The Arsenal Foundation and their Coaching for Life programme, a project that utilises football to improve the mental wellbeing of children affected by conflict and violence.

How the money raised can make a difference:

• £40: The Foundation can train local community members in Indonesia to help stop violence against children. Just £40 could train one person and keep children safe.
• £150: Can enable ten children living in a slum in Indonesia to participate in the Coaching for Life programme, helping them to build their courage and inner strength.
• £200: Helps train five local community members in Indonesia to help stop violence against children, keeping more children safe.
• £450: Helps to provide a nutritious meal and snack for over 150 Syrian refugee children, giving them the energy to take part in football tournaments.
