Well having turned 40 I thought its about time I done a little more exercise, lost a little weight and raised some money for a cause very close to my heart.

My mum passed away with breast cancer in April 2006, the Macmillan Cancer team provided outstanding support and all the money raised here will go directly to them, Remember Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Together with my good friend Nick Jones we will scale Ben Nevis on 29 June this year, we expect the hike up to the top and back down to take around 8 hours !
