Hi Folks

As some of you already know, I have for some weeks been training towards being able to take part and hopefully complete the Glasgow Half Marathon on the 7th Sept 08.

As you know I'm no runner, but decided last year after completing the Edinburgh Moonwalk for the second time that I needed to set myself a new challenge and decided upon running a half marathon. I know it is a little crazy but well you gotta do crazy things in your life at some point.

To help me get round and finish those last couple of painful miles, it would really help if I knew you were all supporting me in this. So if you do have any few spare pennies I'd be grateful if you'd take a few minutes to sponsor me.

The charity was difficult to choose, as there are so many causes I could have supported, but I settled upon helping the Eden Valley Hospice, which is a local charity close to my heart.
