My personal message:

I know some of you think that I have already run a marathon, but I haven't!!  I normally do the Great South Run which is only (!) 10 miles. 

This is the full 26.2!!

I only found out in February that someone at the running club had pulled out injured. I was first reserve for the club's marathon place.

I'VE DONE IT - I HAVE RUN THE LONDON MARATHON. 4HOURS 44 MINUTES.

I'm glad it's over - but what a great experience! Quite sore today 14/04/08. Mxx
