I am participating in the Great South Run for the 4th time. This time I have decided to raise money for The Dystonia Society. Some of you may know that my husband (Warner) was diagnosed with Dystonia earlier this year. For the first 7 months of this year he was in severe pain and discomfort in his neck, spending most of that time in bed or lying on the sofa! His symptoms have been alleviated to some degree by Botox injections into the affected muscles.
