Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions. The charity support families, professionals and services, including children’s hospices. The charities work helps to ensure that children can get the best possible care, wherever and whenever they need it.

This year I am determined to raise as much money as I can for this worth while cause. I will be taking part in lots of fundraising events such as running races, sponsored swims, cake sales etc! 

I will keep my page updated with all the things I get up to this year in order to reach my goal of £1000.
