Mongolia Charity Rally 2015 · 11 July 2015

Go Help is a UK registered charity that works with local communities in Central Asia to improve their access to healthcare and education services. Go Help fundraises for its projects by challenging people to undertake incredible adventures like the Mongolia Charity Rally and Roof of the World Rally.

Story

Daniel, Nina, Josh, Anna, and Mohit are five Americans raising money for Go Help, a UK-based charity that raises money for 3rd world countries, with a focus on Central Asia.

As team MonGOblue (three of us are University of Michigan graduates!) we are setting out to drive from London to Mongolia in July 2015 in the name of charity. We hope to raise money for Go Help while also raising awareness for global educational inequality. As school teachers in the United States, we are committed to ensuring that all kids have access to a high-quality education, and we hope to visit schools and community centers along the route from London to Ulaanbaatar.

In order to participate in this rally, we must raise 1,000 GBP (the equivalent of a little more than $1,600) for Go Help. If we raise 2500 GBP (slightly more than $4000), we earn back our entry fee. We are hoping to go above and beyond this, and we need your help to raise $5000 for Go Help. All money goes directly to the charity and will help Mongolian and Central Asian communities access education, healthcare, and other basic services.

Thanks so much in advance!

Best,
Team MonGOblue
