Story

Dear All,

You will be hearing from me by post..........but many thanks for the support you have given me and helping to raise over £3000.00 for Tusk Trust.

All six of us girls got to the top; it was VERY tough but huge fun and if anyone of you out there is thinking of doing it.........go for it...........but you will have to choose your team mates carefully to beat the team we had. What stars the girls were, and I promise you, not one cross word or moan passed our lips the whole time.  Only tears of laughter and  great joy when we got to the top!

Sleeping in a tent in very cold weather, delving into our kit bags to find clean clothes and washing in a tiny bowl of water with very little oxygen to breath was life changing; no mirrors, lipstick and the hair do's were amazing!! The food was fantastic, the guides, real  heroes, and would I do it again?........Probably not.........but don't let that put you off!!

With Love,

Monica.
