In November of this year, i will be joining a group of cyclists with the intention of riding through Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for Laurence Home Nurse Team. We will be cycling 450 kilometres in just under a week, through difficult terrain and blistering heat!

This trip will inevitably be a great challenge for us all, and any donation you can give is greatfully received!
