Many thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I must be raving mad but I'm at it again! After a truly amazing Monsterski 2008 in the US in which we collectively raised over £180,000 for the MS Trust, and I had some of the best and most challenging skiing of my life, I'm off to complete another Monsterski. For this year coming we've tweaked the challenge to make it a little more accessible to busy people and, in January 2009, myself and other supporters of the MS Trust will travel to Engelberg in Switzerland to the Titlis Glacier and ski a marathon a day for 3 days. This challenge will be every bit as demanding as its 6-day big brother challenge and will require the determination that was so necessary in Colorado in January 2008 (and in Canada in 2007) to complete it. This year has been a year of change for me. Medically discharged from the Royal Air Force due to my having MS, I am determined that I do as much as I possibly can to help others with the condition; raising funds for MS and in particular the MS Trust is the best way I know how to do this. Funding will one day crack the nut that is MS - it is only a matter of time before the cause and hopefully a cure are discovered. But it is also a matter of funding too.
