Myself, Steve, verity and Kate have been defying all our regular routines and reluctant limbs and getting up early doors to train for this run! We are improving and are starting to manage our route now without wheezing like geriatrics or sweating like mules...yes ladies and gentlemen, for the first time since school we are getting FIT!
